Product Function Introduction

The alignment station is composed of automatic stepped module, visual orientation,automatic gluing and Marble vibration isolation system

6 axis high-precision stepper motor is used to adjust the parallelism between PCB and AWG with high-precision contactless laser altimeter,the parallelism less than 0.05°.

The gantry structure is adopted to realize automatic gluing and UV, perform glue quantity detection and UV power calibration by visual orientation, accurately control the gluing amount and position consistency.

Process operation, compatible with AWG / FA / Lens array and other materials.

Support completely automatic calibration function to facilitate recovery and calibration of station.

Quick fixture switch to reduce the feeding time, and the feeding operation is simple and convenient.

The fixture automatic clamps materials from tray.

Advanced algorithm to realize the head and tail scanning, accurately calculate the coupling angle to realize multi-channel balance, calculate the flat area and common flat area of each channel. Scan the original data and save the test results to the database.

Advanced structure and marble vibration isolation design to ensure the responsivity change is less than 5% between before UV and after UV.

One-key operation after manual feeding, No man on duty in the all whole process.
