COB Multi-mode Semi-Automatic Alignment Station

Introduction

The alignment station is composed of automatic stepped module, visual orientation, automatic gluing and Marble vibration isolation system

4 axis high-precision stepper motor is used to adjust the parallelism between PCB and AWG with advanced structure design and fixture.

Place the PCB in fixed position and connect the socket to power up. PCBA is flattened by vacuum and pressing block,  the fixture could compatible with  many types of PCB products

Place lens on the collet and fix lens before alignment, by vacuum adsorption to facilitate lens loading. The position of lens on the suction nozzle is limited and fixed by mechanical structure. Replaceable suction nozzle to be compatible with different lens designs.

Advanced algorithm to realize the head and tail scanning, accurately calculate the coupling angle to realize multi-channel balance, calculate the flat area and common flat area of each channel. Scan the original data and save the test results to the database

A pressure sensor is designed perpendicular to the PCB direction to accurately locate the vertical alignment distance and prevent collision during the alignment process.

Advanced structure and marble vibration isolation design to ensure the responsivity change is less than 5% between before UV and after UV.
