  The six-axis electric sliding table module is composed of X/Y/Z/θz/θx/θy six-dimensional movable sliding tables. It adopts Japanese Suruga Precision Machinery, with a pulse accuracy of 0.03um and a stepping motor resolution of 0.01um. Among them, θ y is an electric high-precision angle slide, with repeat positioning accuracy ≤ 0.005 ° and resolution ≤ 0.002 °. The stable assembly design improves the stability during the six-axis movement.
